The Hearing Care Center has a diverse staff that allows us to offer more than just hearing aid services. Carol Rexrode, the owner, is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist (BC-HIS) with over 18 years of experience. Also on staff are licensed clinical audiologist, Melissa J. Palmer M.A., CCC-A and Janet Miller, Hearing Instrument Specialists. We offer a wide range of services from repair and service on most makes and models of hearing aids, ENG evaluations (for patients suffering with vertigo or balance disorders), Tinnitus Retraining Therapy, industrial hearing testing services, central auditory processing (CAP) evaluations, and other diagnostic testing. We also offer custom hearing protection, swim plugs and Assistive listening devices. Our private label hearing aid batteries are guaranteed to be fresh.

 
We specialize in digital technology and offer the patient a selection of hearing instruments in styles, technology and brands that are designed to suit many budgets and life styles. Hearing Care Center offers all patients a customer friendly thirty-day evaluation period. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Financing is available for qualified applicants.
